Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Must pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
- No consumption of alcohol allowed while on board
- Must comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Must be able to participate in emergency and safety functions essential to ship operation
- Temporary employment position not to exceed 28 weeks

Job Duties
- Responsible for creating and maintaining an environment that is clean, safe, and attractive for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas around the ship
- Acknowledge guests by name and kindly take action for all housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests according to service standards
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
- Carefully clean up spills and notify managers of necessary maintenance requests
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Properly clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Create genuine relationships with guests and cater to all housekeeping requests efficiently
- Perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation and assisting during special events like afternoon tea and cocktail parties
