Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- good verbal communication skills in English
- ability to work well in a team environment
- knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
- ability to manage multiple priorities and follow instructions
- ability to pass a criminal background check
- capability to perform job duties with or without accommodation
Job Duties
- maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, and attractive manner per established procedures
- provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- clean residents' apartments and common areas following a cleaning schedule
- adhere to procedures regarding infection control, food-borne illness prevention, chemical handling, fire, safety, and sanitation
- submit maintenance work orders to the Maintenance Director
- report unsafe or hazardous conditions within the community
- drive community vehicle to transport residents to and from appointments and scheduled errands
- perform maintenance checklists before each drive to ensure passenger safety
- report vehicle concerns to the Maintenance Director
