Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming and dusting
- Clean main entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident apartments
- Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change bed linens, and manage linen supplies
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens washing and drying them
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests and serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the meal cart
- Review menus with residents courteously, take orders, and serve meals and desserts
- Return meal carts and assist with storage of perishable items and tray delivery
- Bus and clear tables after meals, sanitize dining areas, vacuum carpets, and complete side work duties such as replenishing sugar holders and cleaning coffeemakers
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
