Job Requirements
- education equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work
- ability to intermittently lift 25 to 35 pounds
- positive attitude
- some cleaning experience helpful but not required

Job Duties
- perform a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to assist in identifying maintenance items needed
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested
- help in laundry or cleaning public spaces when needed
- provide courteous, friendly guest service responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a plus 1 Service attitude
- maintain a positive work environment for diverse team members and guests
- work weekend days as needed
