Job Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service and cleanliness to guests

- clean and stock guest rooms including linens, supplies, furnishings, and bathrooms
- keep head housekeeper informed of room status
- greet guests encountered throughout the property

- complete training in security, alcohol, health, and safety
- follow safe chemical handling procedures
- keep workspace and equipment clean and organized
- work systematically following step-by-step processes
- observe and report deficiencies in furniture and appliances
- participate in department meetings

- assist in seasonal and annual cleaning duties
- turn in lost and found items
- assist in training new staff
- support a positive work environment
