Job Requirements
- must be at least eighteen years of age
- must be an american citizen or green card holder
- must be willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- must be able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- must pass pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and controlled substances
- must adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- must comply with shipboard safety and emergency training
- must not consume alcohol onboard during employment

Job Duties
- creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests
- prioritizing comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas
- acknowledging guests by name and handling housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests
- vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- organizing inventory and stocking linen and supplies
- cleaning up spills and notifying managers of maintenance needs
- collecting and disposing of trash
- cleaning upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- creating genuine relationships with guests and catering to housekeeping requests efficiently
- assisting with guest greeting and helping during special events such as afternoon tea and cocktail parties
