Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- physical capability to perform cleaning duties including standing walking pushing pulling and lifting
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- attention to detail and commitment to quality
- ability to follow safety and chemical handling protocols
- strong reliability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required training will be provided
- strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- ability to stand walk push pull and lift moderate weights for extended periods
- flexibility to work weekends holidays and varying shifts
- positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent guest service
- this position does not include eligibility for bonuses or long term incentive compensation
Job Duties
- clean assigned guest rooms including making beds changing linens dusting vacuuming mopping and cleaning bathrooms
- replace and replenish towels linens guest supplies and amenities
- ensure all assigned areas meet established cleanliness and presentation standards
- report any maintenance issues damaged items or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately
- follow proper procedures for the use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- maintain housekeeping carts storage rooms and supply areas in a neat and organized manner
- adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the wellbeing of guests and team members
- respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
- assist in cleaning public areas when necessary
