Job Requirements
- Knowledge skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- Ability to push vacuum, reach, stretch and bend regularly
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during work shift

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain rooms according to standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Contribute to a positive work environment for team members and guests
