Job Duties
- Complete cleaning duties in assigned apartments thoroughly and on schedule, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Responsible for the safe and proper cleanup of bodily fluids from pets and humans
- Report any maintenance issues, supply needs, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly
- Sweep, dust mop, and damp mop all flooring in apartments and common hallways, including entry ways and corridors
- Clean and sanitize apartment bathrooms, including sinks, tubs/showers, toilets, mirrors, and floors
- Dust, wipe, and disinfect furniture and surfaces in living rooms, bedrooms, and dining areas within each apartment
- Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste according to property protocols
- Maintain respectful, courteous communication with residents, property staff, and visitors at all times
- Follow resident preferences, building policies, and applicable safety, health, and cleanliness regulations to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment
