  • 6+ months housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products
  • Desire to work with seniors

Job Duties

  • Complete cleaning duties in assigned apartments thoroughly and on schedule, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Responsible for the safe and proper cleanup of bodily fluids from pets and humans
  • Report any maintenance issues, supply needs, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly
  • Sweep, dust mop, and damp mop all flooring in apartments and common hallways, including entry ways and corridors
  • Clean and sanitize apartment bathrooms, including sinks, tubs/showers, toilets, mirrors, and floors
  • Dust, wipe, and disinfect furniture and surfaces in living rooms, bedrooms, and dining areas within each apartment
  • Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste according to property protocols
  • Maintain respectful, courteous communication with residents, property staff, and visitors at all times
  • Follow resident preferences, building policies, and applicable safety, health, and cleanliness regulations to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment
