Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members
- Willingness to work during emergencies and inclement weather
- Ability to comply with attendance and dress code policies

- Demonstrated empathy, kindness, and respect in interactions
- Effective communication skills according to residents' understanding
- Knowledge of safety protocols and body mechanics

Job Duties
- Follows established cleaning schedule
- Completes daily dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of all common areas
- Follows established schedule for deep cleaning of resident rooms
- Cleans administrative offices as scheduled
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms
- Cleans carpets and mops all floors upon request
- Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for all residents
