Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to interact positively with elderly residents
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional behavior
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States

- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but willingness to learn accepted

Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping in resident apartments
- Engage positively with residents while performing tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of shared community spaces by removing trash, vacuuming, disinfecting
- Help stock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments
- Ensure all cleaning duties adhere to Brightview’s quality standards
- Report any maintenance or safety issues noticed during cleaning
- Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for residents and staff
