Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality spa or gym industry preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- ensure wellbeing of clients in changing room area overseeing their comfort providing necessary products and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness for client reception
- address client queries and concerns offering assistance to enhance overall experience
- uphold highest standards of conduct following company grooming standards for dress communication and appearance
- clean and sanitize locker rooms showers and other areas monitoring and addressing maintenance issues
- replenish toiletries hygiene products and essentials ensuring neat arrangement and accessibility
- empty trash bins replace liners and maintain odor-free trash areas
- sweep and mop floors using appropriate cleaning agents maintaining guest safety
- collect used towels restock fresh towels and maintain organized towel displays
- clean showers sinks toilets and mirrors sanitizing high-touch areas frequently
- wipe down lockers benches and surfaces regularly ensuring they are spotless and dust free
- adhere to all health and safety guidelines ensuring hygienic environment
- monitor locker room areas maintaining privacy security and tranquility
- maintain professional communication with team members and management addressing guest requests and resolving concerns
