Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- availability to work Wednesday through Sunday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- strong communication skills
- commitment to maintaining community standards of cleanliness and safety

Job Duties
- Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
- responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
- maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in all housekeeping tasks
- ensure resident rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- report maintenance issues and supply needs promptly
- work collaboratively with other team members and departments to enhance resident satisfaction
- adhere to all health and safety regulations and community policies
