Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
  • reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance
  • position may require background and drug screening
  • compliance with company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping experience a plus
  • ability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • physical ability to perform job tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs

Job Duties

  • Clean villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
  • complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
  • replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
  • report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
  • fill housekeeping cart/caddy with supplies and chemicals, transport to rooms, and return cart at end of shift
  • follow all company policies and procedures, report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
  • welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs
