Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance
- position may require background and drug screening
- compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping experience a plus
- ability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- physical ability to perform job tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs
Job Duties
- Clean villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
- replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- fill housekeeping cart/caddy with supplies and chemicals, transport to rooms, and return cart at end of shift
- follow all company policies and procedures, report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
- welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs
