Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the community and individual resident apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, check and clean heat system filters, change bed linens, turn mattresses with assistance, and empty waste baskets in resident apartments
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments with attention to entry areas, carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests at each table, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
- Review menus with residents, take orders clearly, serve meals and desserts, and assist with delivering trays to rooms when necessary
- Bus and clear dishes after meals, sanitize tables and chairs following food service guidelines, vacuum carpets, and complete side work such as filling sugar holders and cleaning the coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
