Job Duties
- Ensure the wellbeing of clients in the changing room area, oversee their comfort, provide necessary products, maintain cleanliness and tidiness for client reception
- Address client queries and concerns, offer assistance to enhance overall experience
- Uphold highest standards of conduct, adhere to dress code, communication guidelines, and grooming standards
- Clean and sanitize locker rooms, showers, and other areas to meet high standards, promptly address maintenance issues
- Replenish toiletries, hygiene products, and other essentials, ensure items are neatly arranged and accessible
- Empty trash bins, replace liners, ensure trash areas are odor-free and sanitary
- Sweep and mop floors using appropriate cleaning agents, keep floors dry to ensure guest safety
- Collect used towels for laundering, restock fresh towels, maintain organized towel displays
- Thoroughly clean showers, sinks, toilets, and mirrors, sanitize high-touch areas frequently
- Wipe down lockers, benches, and surfaces to ensure they are spotless and free of dust and smudges
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment
- Monitor locker room areas to maintain privacy, security, and tranquility for all guests
- Communicate professionally with team members and management to address guest requests and resolve concerns
