Job Requirements
- Ability to follow cleaning and safety procedures
- physical capability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- willingness to work full-time generally Monday through Friday
- flexibility to work holiday schedules when approved
- commitment to a safety-first work environment
- capacity to engage positively with residents and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or groundskeeping roles is helpful but not required
- ability to operate cleaning equipment and supplies safely
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, recreation areas, fountains, pool areas, business centers, and other resident amenities
- shampoo rugs and carpets
- clean hard-surface flooring with appropriate cleaning supplies and safety signage
- perform door-to-door trash pickup and transport waste to disposal areas
- assist in make-ready processes by completing full apartment cleanings for recently vacated units
- engage with residents amicably while working around the property
- ensure a safety-first approach in all cleaning and maintenance tasks
