Job Requirements
- One-year related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job training preferred
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
- Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
- Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual
- Must meet all health requirements and pass background check

Job Duties
- Maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, and attractive manner according to established procedures
- Perform cleaning duties for residents and communal areas with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure resident safety and satisfaction by adhering to all safety protocols and resident care standards
- Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Follow oral and written instructions accurately to complete assigned tasks
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities as provided
