Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or similar is a plus
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance if driving is required
- Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- Willingness to assist team members
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or similar role advantageous
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment

- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

- Awareness of guest service standards and etiquette
Job Duties
- Pick up room reports and keys to assigned areas daily
- Sign out and sign in keys in the key control log
- Proceed to laundry area to pick up assigned cart and necessary supplies
- Avoid making excessive noise in guest room areas
- Prioritize cleaning check-out rooms first except for special requests
- Report rooms with Do Not Disturb signs to supervisor
- Change sheets in every room daily unless otherwise specified
- Clean rooms according to established procedures
- Return cart to linen room at end of shift
- Carry out reasonable requests by management
- Be flexible with work schedule
- Report to work on time and in proper uniform with name tag
- Stay knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, changes, and events
- Understand and participate in achieving guest service score goals
- Handle duties according to hotel policies, procedures, and internal rules
- Know and act according to emergency procedures
- Report unusual occurrences or requests to manager
- Assist colleagues to improve daily hotel operations
- Perform all other assigned duties
- Hold a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and pass as approved driver if required
