Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch and bend during daily work
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during shift
- willingness to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- ability to provide excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- ensure exceptional guest experience by delivering friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- help maintain public areas and laundry services when necessary
