Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by the job
- Ability to work day shifts including weekends
- Commitment to safety and infection control procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use cleaning products, supplies and equipment properly
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written communication and direction
- Attention to detail
- Safety awareness
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Desire to work with older adults
Job Duties
- Cleans residents and common areas of the community as assigned
- Performs job duties safely, using correct body mechanics and personal protective equipment
- Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
- Assists with light maintenance tasks as needed
