Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols and cleaning procedures
- Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including some holidays and additional shifts
- Reliable and detail-oriented

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Clean all resident apartments, common areas and offices of the property
- Complete both resident personal laundry and community laundry
- Iron resident laundry items as requested
- Report all hazardous conditions or equipment to the Maintenance Director or Executive Director
- Remove trash and paper from all areas inside of facility
- Ensure assigned work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable and attractive manner
- Use appropriate protective equipment and supplies when handling infectious material or hazardous waste and chemicals
