Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- ability to communicate effectively
- reliable transportation
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to follow safety and fairness regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services a plus
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication and customer service skills
- basic knowledge of safety and cleaning procedures
- reliable and punctual
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- Clean and prepare apartments after move outs for new rental
- work with maintenance team to report any issues requiring attention
- keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- perform daily cleaning and trash pick up on the property and common areas including workout areas, laundry facilities, leasing office, clubhouse, pool, and public restrooms
- ensure cleanliness in work areas before, after, and upon completion
- assist office staff with postings of notices on resident doors
- report to supervisor regarding work status
