Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to provide excellent guest service
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Punctuality and adherence to clock-in/out and break policies
- Ability to physically perform demanding tasks such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work collaboratively to contribute to guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support groups and events at the hotel
- Use relevant technology and maintain excellent phone etiquette
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and attending morning meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms
- Participate in additional cleaning projects as assigned by supervisors
- Complete all operational checklists accurately every shift
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude by exceeding traditional role responsibilities
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
