Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving objects up to 35 pounds
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
- Must be reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms
- Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required
- Deliver guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90 percent or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines
- Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
- Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established safety and efficiency procedures
- Immediately report any lost and found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction
- Foster a collaborative team environment and assist with other duties as necessary to support the team
- Perform other duties assigned to contribute to the overall success and excellence of housekeeping operations
