  • basic knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties

  • Cleans and prepares apartments after move outs for new rental
  • works with maintenance team to report any issues requiring attention
  • keeps an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • daily cleaning and trash pick up on the property and common areas which include, work out areas, laundry facilities, leasing office, club house, pool, and public restrooms
  • ensures cleanliness in work areas before, after and upon completion
  • assists office staff with any postings of notices to be put on resident doors
  • reports to supervisor regarding work status
  • monitors grounds, buildings, and work areas for cleanliness, safety, and repairs that need to be addressed
  • follows company policies and procedures for all applicable federal and state laws
  • promotes quality living experience for all current and future tenants expressed through excellent customer service skills
  • participates in company provided training such as fair housing, safety, non discrimination, and harassment prevention
  • may be requested from supervisors to perform other tasks from time to time
