Job Duties
- Cleans and prepares apartments after move outs for new rental
- works with maintenance team to report any issues requiring attention
- keeps an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- daily cleaning and trash pick up on the property and common areas which include, work out areas, laundry facilities, leasing office, club house, pool, and public restrooms
- ensures cleanliness in work areas before, after and upon completion
- assists office staff with any postings of notices to be put on resident doors
- reports to supervisor regarding work status
- monitors grounds, buildings, and work areas for cleanliness, safety, and repairs that need to be addressed
- follows company policies and procedures for all applicable federal and state laws
- promotes quality living experience for all current and future tenants expressed through excellent customer service skills
- participates in company provided training such as fair housing, safety, non discrimination, and harassment prevention
- may be requested from supervisors to perform other tasks from time to time
