- high school diploma or GED certificate preferred
- previous housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
- excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and proper use of cleaning agents
- ability to work flexible shifts including days or nights
- willingness to perform physical cleaning tasks

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of community common areas and resident apartments
- perform general cleaning and sanitizing functions
- operate cleaning appliances and use cleaning agents properly
- ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff
- follow written and oral instructions regarding cleaning procedures
- assist in keeping supplies stocked and organized
- report maintenance issues when observed
