Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand throughout the entire shift
- Capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily tasks
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the work shift

- Positive attitude and strong commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Capability to work independently without direct supervision

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean per established standards
- Visually inspect guest rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly and courteous attitude
- Collaborate to maintain a positive work atmosphere for all team members and guests
