Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in senior care or similar role
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
- Physical capability to assist with mobility and daily tasks
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred

Job Duties
- Provide support and care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Assist with daily living activities such as grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor residents' health conditions and report any changes to nursing staff
- Facilitate social activities and encourage community engagement among residents
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and resident progress
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment for all residents
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote residents' wellbeing
