Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- minimum of 2 years of high school education
- ability to stand and walk throughout entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend frequently during work activities
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- willingness to follow instructions and work independently
- positive and proactive approach to work
- dedication to excellent customer service
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain rooms according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- ensure exceptional guest experience with friendly and courteous service demonstrating a Service +1 attitude
- assist in laundry and cleaning public areas when necessary
