Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Completion of 2 years of high school or equivalent knowledge and skills
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Capability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during work
- Willingness to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to provide friendly and courteous guest service
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Capability to work independently without direct supervision
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Mentorship and cross-training experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver exceptional guest experience through friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Support a positive work environment for all team members and guests
