Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Physical capability to walk and stand for entire shifts
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during work
- Ability to intermittently lift 25 to 35 pounds

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver friendly and courteous service to ensure exceptional guest experiences with a Service +1 attitude
- Help with laundry and cleaning of public areas as needed
