Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Capability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping
- Willingness to work full-time hours
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and maintain resident apartments including refrigerators, heat system filters, bed linens, mattress turning, and waste removal
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests to serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
- Take resident orders, serve meals and desserts, and assist with tray delivery if needed
- Bus and clear tables after meals, sanitize tables and chairs, and vacuum carpets
- Complete side work such as filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning the coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
