Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change beds and linens, and maintain linen supplies in resident apartments
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments with special attention to entry areas, carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using community laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures strictly
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, salads, meals, and desserts from the cart
- Bus and clear dishes, reset tables and chairs according to sanitation guidelines, and vacuum carpets
- Complete side work such as replenishing sugar holders, creamers, and cleaning the coffeemaker
- May perform other duties as assigned or needed
