- Minimum 6 months previous apartment or commercial janitorial experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and time management skills required
- Organized with high level of attention to detail
- Willingness to submit to drug test and background check

Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in apartment common areas and exterior spaces
- Manage janitorial supplies and notify management of maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
- Adhere to safety and health regulations while performing duties
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Coordinate with property management team to ensure community standards are met
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
