Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping role preferred
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance if driving is required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to comply with hotel uniform and conduct policies
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties

Job Duties
- Pick-up room reports and keys to assigned areas daily
- Sign out and sign in keys at the start and end of shifts
- Proceed to laundry area to collect assigned carts and supplies
- Maintain noise discipline in guest room areas
- Prioritize check-out rooms unless special requests are given
- Report Do Not Disturb rooms for supervisor approval
- Change sheets in every room daily unless specified otherwise
- Respect Do Not Disturb signs throughout cleaning
- Clean rooms following established procedures
- Return cart to linen room at end of shift
- Carry out reasonable management requests
- Be flexible with work schedules
- Report to work on time and wear proper uniform and name tag
- Stay knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, changes, procedures, and events
- Understand and contribute to guest service score goals
- Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, rules, and standards
- Know and act on emergency procedures
- Report unusual occurrences or requests to management
- Assist fellow associates to improve hotel operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Maintain valid driver’s license and proof of insurance if applicable
