Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- housekeeping or cleaning experience
- reliable transportation
- ability to work weekends and evenings as required
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- willingness to adhere to community policies
- pass background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- clean and maintain designated residential units and cottages
- perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing of rooms and common areas
- ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials
- restock cleaning supplies and materials as needed
- report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
- provide friendly and respectful interaction with residents and staff
