Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial role preferred
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, and attractive manner as directed by supervisor
- Perform job duties for residents and with team members in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensure the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintenance
- Prioritize resident safety and satisfaction
- Assist with routine upkeep and organization of living spaces
- Report maintenance or safety issues to appropriate personnel
