Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
  • ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • capable of passing background and drug screenings in accordance with company policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to follow detailed cleaning processes and standards
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties

  • Cleans the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
  • completes assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
  • replaces all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
  • reports room status to the main linen room, housekeeping manager or supervisor, or front desk
  • fills the housekeeping cart or caddy with all necessary supplies and chemicals, transports the cart to the rooms, and returns it to the designated area at the end of the shift
  • follows all company policies and procedures, reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
  • welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
  • interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • contributes to team goals
  • always follows company policies and safety procedures
