Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to work with cleaning chemicals and handle chemical fumes and airborne particles occasionally
- effective communication skills
- ability to perform duties with urgency
- well organized
- possess mobility and dexterity for making beds, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms, mirrors, and bathtubs
- capable of walking, standing, and working on hands and knees for long periods
- able to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 pounds
- able to perform physical movements such as bending, twisting, stooping, stacking, crouching, kneeling, and balancing in various work environments including confined spaces

Job Duties
- Supplies rooms with all amenities and linens
- cleans hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and employee and storage areas as directed
- cleans windows, mirrors, and sanitizes bathrooms in guest rooms
- vacuums and cleans carpeted areas and behind furniture
- assures room cleanliness and proper working order of items
- maintains and stocks workstation with linens and amenities
- completes daily housekeeping reports if necessary
- works as a team with other employees
- provides exceptional Red Carpet Customer Service to all guests
- reports and turns in lost and found items
- greets guests with proper salutation and pleasant expression
- reports safety hazards and maintenance deficiencies
- maintains and cleans all equipment used during shift
