Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting and standing for extended periods
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Use of personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Ability to perform detail-oriented cleaning tasks
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all public areas including hallways, restrooms, lobby, stairways
- Perform detail work, high dusting, carpet care and floor care
- Ensure all areas meet OSHA and safety standards
- Provide excellent guest service
- Coordinate with other departments including Risk to ensure safety standards
- Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies
- Use personal protective equipment and follow safety protocols
