Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Use of personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented cleaning tasks
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain all public areas including hallways, restrooms, lobby, stairways
  • Perform detail work, high dusting, carpet care and floor care
  • Ensure all areas meet OSHA and safety standards
  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Coordinate with other departments including Risk to ensure safety standards
  • Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies
  • Use personal protective equipment and follow safety protocols
