Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures accurately
- Effective listening, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow clock-in/out and break schedule policies
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out of scheduled shifts
- Ability to perform physical demands such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing for long periods, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
- Must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily
- Availability and flexibility as required by hotel operational needs
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive can-do attitude with willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures

- Strong desire to serve and provide excellent guest service
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to arrive on time and comply with clock-in/out procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration
- Understanding of hospitality industry standards and guest relations
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use the guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Contribute to great guest satisfaction scores by working collaboratively
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support and be aware of all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests with a smile and by name during cleaning tasks
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Provide accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed with a name tag
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude by meeting business and guest needs
- Collaborate with team members at all levels to foster a positive workplace
- Perform pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and tools
- Clean and restock assigned guest rooms thoroughly each shift
- Assist with additional cleaning in storage, public spaces, and laundry as assigned
- Follow all job-related instructions and perform other related duties as assigned
