Job Requirements
- Prior housekeeping experience at a sorority or hotel preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekends
- Availability for full-time or part-time employment
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending and standing for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Trustworthiness and discretion in handling private areas
- Willingness to adhere to Delta Gamma's values and standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience especially in a sorority or hotel setting preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle routine housekeeping tasks
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality
Job Duties
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping all common areas such as living rooms, dining rooms and hallways
- Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and showers
- Sanitizes and cleans counter tops and sinks
- Empties trash containers on all floors
- Keeps furniture placement aligned and staged appropriately
- Restocks restrooms and cleaning supplies
- Deep cleaning of the house during the summer
