Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years of age
- criminal background check clearance
- health screening tests including physical and tb tests
- willingness to comply with covid-19 safety protocols including vaccination screening testing and ppe use
- strong communication skills
- prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred

- strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees supervisors physicians healthcare professionals residents and their families
- must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and tb tests
- willing to comply with covid-19 related safety protocols including vaccination screening surveillance testing and use of personal protective equipment ppe
Job Duties
- clean all resident apartments as directed
- clean all public areas common areas and work areas as directed
- complete community and resident laundry and ironing as assigned
- maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff residents and guests following established safety standards
- encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
