Job Requirements
- Ability to speak and read English
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and oral directions
- Ability to use standard cleaning equipment
- Good physical health verified by health screening
- Pass criminal record clearance
- Availability to work flexible hours including some holidays and additional shifts
- Physical mobility and stamina

Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments, public areas and offices to maintain cleanliness standards
- Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, waxing, buffing and disinfecting
- Manage resident and community laundry duties
- Properly dispose of waste and hazardous materials following safety protocols
- Report hazardous conditions and equipment to appropriate supervisors
- Maintain safety signs and use personal protective equipment when necessary
- Support marketing efforts through positive interactions with residents and visitors
