Job Requirements
- Minimum six months previous apartment or commercial janitorial experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and time management skills required
- Organized with high level of attention to detail
- Ability to pass a satisfactory drug test and background check
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual

- Perform janitorial duties in apartment units and common areas
