Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to undergo on-the-job training
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process
- ability to work flexible hours as needed
- reliable transportation or means to commute
- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- basic English proficiency

Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments daily using appropriate tools and cleaning products
- maintain cleanliness of common areas and other assigned spaces
- operate cleaning equipment including microfiber mops, wringers, dusters, and vacuum cleaners
- adhere to safety and sanitary standards while performing cleaning duties
- report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
- participate in on-the-job training and follow company procedures
- contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
