- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience with healthcare housekeeping or environmental services preferred
Job Duties
- sweeps damp mops and wet mops tile floors
- vacuums carpeted rooms
- empties trash cans and replaces liners
- cleans bathroom sinks fixtures and toilets
- cleans glass surfaces such as mirrors pictures and windows
- cleans behind and underneath furnishings
- follows infection control standards
- prevents and removes wax and dirt buildup
- changes soiled privacy curtains and draperies
- removes and re-hangs curtains using a ladder
- dusts and damp cleans surfaces in resident rooms
- moves furniture to clean behind and underneath
- turns bed mattresses after cleaning
