Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning
- ability to work independently and reschedule tasks as needed
- ability to read and understand standard English
- ability to work with cleaning chemicals
- effective communication skills
- tactful and respectful manner with residents and staff

- experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred

Job Duties
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions in facility offices, resident rooms, and common areas
- sweep and mop floors
- dust furniture
- clean walls, furniture, and equipment
- clean resident bathrooms
- use cleaning chemicals and cleaners safely and effectively
- reschedule cleaning activities to meet resident and staff needs
