Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to engage with residents compassionately
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

- Housekeeping or janitorial experience or willingness to learn

Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services to residents by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning apartment homes
- Engage positively with residents to enhance their day while in their apartment homes
- Maintain cleanliness in shared community spaces by removing trash, vacuuming, and disinfecting
- Stock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards consistently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
